The name
Kaizen means small improvements, made continuously.
The loop in the logo is that idea: find what's slowing a business down, build something simple that fixes it, then keep improving it.
Our background is operations, making information move without someone carrying it by hand. That's meant building a full operating system for a 300 plus member organization and shipping a tournament platform used live by 30 people at once.
Today that work goes into websites for local businesses like NextGen Blinds, Wax On Wheels and ClearDeal.
How we work
Three rules every project follows.
Small on purpose
No account manager and no handoff to a junior after the first email.
Simple over clever
We'd rather ship something that works on Monday than something you need training to use.
Straight answers
If you don't need what you asked for, we'll tell you before you pay for it.
Project highlights
What each project delivered.
Three local businesses, three new sites. Here’s what we built for each one.
Rebuilt around the questions homeowners ask: 8 product pages, a 29-photo install portfolio sorted by product, and a free consultation form on every page that lands straight in their inbox.
Turned a new idea, a car-buying advocate paid only by the buyer, into a site that explains it in seconds, built around a deal breakdown page that shows every fee and what was cut.
Gave every kind of vehicle its own page, put packages and starting prices up front, and made a free quote one tap away on every page for a detailer serving Palm Beach County since 2004.
Let's see what your site needs.
